DAGF is addressed to investors who have experience in the field of investments and who have a long term investment horizon. The minimum subscription amount is 125,000 Eur. Financial intermediaries subscribing to the Fund on behalf of their clients must ensure that every economic beneficiary invests a minimum amount of 25,000 EUR and collectively a minimum amount of 125,000 Eur.
Even though DAGF intends to invest in companies with sound business fundamentals and to abstain from high risk strategies, an investment in DAGF is exposed to general risks that are typical of equity investments and to particular risks that are attributable to the Fund's investment strategy. The Prospectus contains a description of these risks.
The offer or sale of units of the Fund in certain countries is subject to restrictions which are described in detail in the Prospectus.
Deminor Investment Management will send subscription forms to potential investors only in combination with the Prospectus. Potential investors should carefully read the Prospectus and seek appropriate advice before contemplating an investment in the Fund.
