Prospectus and offering memorandum
Please find hereafter the text of the Prospectus and the other isuance documents (articles of association of DAGF NV and terms and conditions of management and custody) which form an integral part of the Offering Memorandum (latest version November 2006). Please click on "Subscription Forms" to find the subscription documents for the Master Fund and the Feeder Fund. These subscription documents also form an integral part of the Prospectus.
