The day of the ArcelorMittal AGM, a press meeting was organised in Luxemburg by Deminor, SRM and Trafalgar.
The three Arcelor shareholders announced their intention to launch a legal procedure in order to claim damages, before the Luxemburg Court of Commerce.
Deminor, SRM and Trafalgar have taken an active part to the General Meeting of Arcelor, organised after the ArcelorMittal meeting.
